Spherion York is working to fill a 3rd Shift, Welder position in York, PA. The pay rate is $18.75 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.
Description:
An entry-level welder joins, cuts, and repairs metal parts using basic welding equipment under the direction of senior staff or shop supervisors
What you'll do:
- Familiar with MIG/TIG welding practices.
- Able to function within a team environment.
Education: No formal education required.
Experience: 12 months
Familiar with MIG/TIG welding practices.Physical:
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to stand all day.
Skills:
- Familiar with MIG/TIG welding practices.
- Able to read a tape measure.
- Able to use various hand tools.
