Spherion York is working to fill 1st Shift, High Reach Forklift Driver positions in York, PA. The pay rate is $19.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Description:

A High Reach Forklift Operator is a specialized warehouse professional responsible for operating powered industrial trucks to lift, move, and stack products at significant heights within narrow aisle racking systems. Key duties include picking orders, replenishing inventory, loading/unloading trailers, using RF scanners, and maintaining strict safety and inventory accuracy standards

What you'll do:

• Maneuvering stand-up reach trucks to lift or retrieve pallets from high-density, high-level racking systems.
• Picking customer orders accurately and replenishing picking locations to ensure continuous production flow.
• Assisting in the loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight from trailers

Education: High School

Experience: 12 months
