Spherion is hiring a Grinder in Canonsburg. The Grinder position offers a 7am to 3pm schedule with a pay rate of $20 per hour. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
Description:
As a Grinder you would be grinding and finishing metal products. You would also perform quality checks on finished products.
What you'll do:
- Grind and finish metal pieces and products
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Perform routine maintenance
- Utilize hand and power tools
- Perform basic repairs
- Keep a clean and organized work area
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 24 months
Experience in ManufacturingPhysical:
- Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Cold Environments
- Standing / Walking
- Repetitive Motion
- Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
- Pushing / Pulling
- Hot Environments
