We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Client Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you won't just be filling seats; you'll be running your own "business within a business." This role lets you flex all your client services skills with Account Management, and Full-Cycle Recruitment.

Description:

You'll hire top-tier talent for the leading companies in Western PA. You'll thrive on the thrill of the hunt, making great matches for your clients and employees, and providing great customer service along the way.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, creating 100% satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct check-in meetings to understand hiring needs and company culture.
  • Source, headhunt, and interview candidates for roles across many industries
  • Manage the entire candidate experience: from the initial screen to interview prep and offer negotiation.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for future openings.

Education: High School

  • Diploma or GED required
  • Post-secondary preferred

Experience: 24 months

Customer service experience - retail, hospitality, call center, front desk, etc., Office support experience, Experience working with the public via phone, email, or in person

Skills:
