Spherion is hiring a Grinder in Washington. The Grinder position pays $19 per hour with a 3pm to 11pm schedule. Training for this position would occur on first shift. The Grinder position is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
Description:
As a Grinder you would be grinding and finishing products to meet quality standards.
What you'll do:
- Perform grinding on metal parts to meet requirements
- Working with stainless steel and aluminum components
- Repair welds and imperfections
- Using hand tools and grinding equipment to remove material
- Training new employees
- Assisting in other areas as needed
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 6 months
GrinderPhysical:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for a full shift
Skills:
- Experience with grinding
- Hand/Power tools
- Reading blueprints and schematics
