Spherion is hiring a Grinder in Washington. The Grinder position offers a 7am to 3pm schedule with a pay rate of $19 to $20 per hour. The Grinder position is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
Description:
As a Grinder you would be responsible for grinding and finishing metal products.
What you'll do:
- Perform grinding and finishing on metal parts to meet specifications
- Produce high-quality finishes on steel and aluminum components
- Repairing welds and surface imperfections
- Utilizing hand tools and grinding equipment
- Training and guiding new employees
- Quality control
- Assisting where needed
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 12 months
Experience with a grinderPhysical:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds,Must be able to stand for a full shift
