Spherion is hiring an Industrial Painter in Canonsburg. The Industrial Painter position offers a pay rate of $19 per hour and a 3pm to 11pm schedule. The Industrial Painter position is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
Description:
As an Industrial Painter, your job is to paint or powder-coat parts so they look exactly how the customer wants them.
What you'll do:
- Painting/Powder-Coating products to meet customer specifications
- Pretreating, cleaning, masking, and priming a variety of parts
- Performing quality checks
- Loading parts onto the line
- Sanding and correcting parts as needed
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 12 months
1+ year of powder coating and mixing experience, 1+ year of experience with painting on a conveyor system line, Experience with ERP systems, Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, Basic computer skills, Inventory managementPhysical:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
