Spherion is hiring an Assembler in Washington. The Assembler position offers a pay rate of $19 per hour with a 7am to 3pm schedule. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.

Description:

As an Assembler you would be assembling products using hand and power tools. You would read and interpret blueprints/schematics and perform quality checks as well.

What you'll do:

• Assemble products using hand and power tools
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Ensure products meet customer and quality standards
• Rework and adjust products as needed
• Perform installation and basic maintenance
• Other duties as assigned

Education: High School

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 12 months

1+ year of experience in assembly or manufacturing, Ability to read measurement devices, Basic math skills

Physical:

• Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Standing / Walking
• Repetitive Motion
• Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
• Pushing / Pulling

Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
