Spherion is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Washington. The Maintenance Technician position pays $25 to $30 per hour with a 7am to 3pm schedule. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position.
Description:
As a Maintenance Technician you would conduct service and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment. You would also perform building maintenance as well.
What you'll do:
- Repair and maintain industrial machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems within the facility
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and CNC machinery
- Operate a forklift within the facility
- Assist operators with preventative maintenance
- Perform maintenance on water lines, compressed air lines, electrical outlets, and wiring
- Follow proper safety procedures to include OSHA and lock out/tag out
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 36 months
Experience with mechanical and electrical systems, MaintenancePhysical:
- Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Standing / Walking
- Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
- Pushing / Pulling
