Spherion is hiring a General Laborer in Claysville. The General Laborer position pays $15 per hour with a first shift schedule. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity
Description:
As a General Laborer you would be assisting in prepping, pouring, and finishing concrete projects at various job sites.
What you'll do:
- Build from the ground up: Set up forms, lay rebar, and pour concrete to create strong, lasting structures across exciting job sites.
- Master the craft: Use hand tools to smooth, shape, and finish concrete projects with precision.
- Stay active and hands-on: Keep work moving smoothly by setting up equipment, moving tools, and handling materials.
- Support the team: Jump in wherever needed to tackle daily goals and back up your crew.
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 6 months
Experience working with concrete or working as a laborerPhysical:
- Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Standing / Walking
- Repetitive Motion
- Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
- Pushing / Pulling
- Hot Environments
