Spherion is hiring for a Maintenance Mechanic in Monongahela. The Maintenance Mechanic position pays $28-$24/hour and offers a 6:30a-3p schedule. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
Job Description:
As a Maintenance Mechanic you would be responsible for maintaining and managing all equipment on the work site.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and managing equipment with the goal of having zero downtime
- Performing repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment
- Ordering needed parts
- Implementing projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Keeping the company compliant with Lock Out/Tag Out and OSHA
- Training employees on proper cleaning and maintenance
- Communicating with management about any issues
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: 60 months
5+ years of maintenance experiencePhysical:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and kneel
