Spherion is hiring for 2nd Shift Production Workers in Burgettstown. The Production Worker position offers a Monday through Thursday schedule working four 10 hour days from 3:30p-2a. Overtime is always available on Friday. The Production Workers will start on the 1st shift for a required training period to ensure you have the skills needed for the job and then will switch to 2nd shift.
Job Description:
Production Workers will be responsible for properly sealing windows with rubber around the edges to ensure no material gets past the seal.
Responsibilities:
- Utilizing hand and power tools to assemble windows, tracks, and panels
- Meeting production quotas and standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Providing feedback to supervisors
- Assisting in other production areas as needed
Education: No formal education required.
Experience: 6 months
Hand/Power ToolsPhysical:
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Skills:
- Must be able to use hand and power tools efficiently
- Must be able to work in a safe manner
