Spherion is hiring a Mechanical Assembler in Burgettstown. The Mechanical Assembler position offers a 5am to 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday schedule paying $19 per hour. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
Description:
As a Mechanical Assembler you would be using hand and power tools to assemble products. You would also ensure products meet quality and customer specifications.
What you'll do:
- Utilize hand and power tools to assemble tracks and panels
- Ensure finished products meet customer and quality standards
- Fulfill orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Utilize computers and scanners
- Maintain a clean and safe working area
- Assist in other areas as needed
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 6 months
Experience in manufacturing, Familiarity with hand and power toolsPhysical:
- Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Standing / Walking
- Repetitive Motion
- Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
- Pushing / Pulling
