Spherion is hiring a Crate Assembler in Burgettstown. The Crate Assembler position offers a Monday through Thursday, 5am to 3:30pm schedule paying $19 per hour. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
Description:
As a Crate Assembler you would be assembling crates with a power drill. You would also use various hand/power tools and working with computers and scanners.
What you'll do:
- Assemble wooden crates to meet quality standards
- Utilize a power drill and other hand/power tools
- Use computers and scanners to communicate production order status
- Maintain a clean and safe working area
- Assist in other areas as needed
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 12 months
Experience in a manufacturing environment, Experience with hand/power toolsPhysical:
- Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Standing / Walking
- Repetitive Motion
- Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
- Pushing / Pulling
Skills:
- Manufacturing
