Spherion is hiring a Crate Assembler in Burgettstown. The Crate Assembler position offers a pay rate of $19 per hour with a 5am to 3pm schedule. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
Description:
As a Crate Assembler you would assembler wooden crate using a power drill and other tools. You would also perform quality checks on finished products.
What you'll do:
- Assemble wooden crates using a power drill
- Utilize hand and power tools
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Use scanners and computers to communicate production order status
- Assist in other areas as needed
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 6 months
Experience in manufacturing, Familiarity with hand and power tools, Experience with a power drillPhysical:
- Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Standing / Walking
- Repetitive Motion
- Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
- Pushing / Pulling
