Spherion is hiring for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Canonsburg. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk position offers a flexible 8am to 4:30pm schedule. This position pays $18 to $22 per hour. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
Description:
As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk you would be responsible for packing, unloading, and loading shipments as needed. You would also utilize computers and computer applications in this role
What you'll do:
- Load and unload trucks
- Receive and distribute items using an MRP system
- Ensure boxes have an accurate number of items in them
- Put parts away in bins
- Inventory management
- Forklift and pallet jack operation
- Assisting in other areas as needed
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 24 months
2 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, Forklift and pallet jack experiencePhysical:
- Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Standing / Walking
