Production Worker

Spherion Williamsport is working to fill a 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, Production Worker position in Williamsport, PA. The pay rate is $18.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary.

Looking to make extra cash for the holidays? We are hiring reliable Seasonal Production Workers to join our team for the busy holiday season. In this role, you will play a critical part in our manufacturing and packing operations during our peak season.

This is a fast-paced environment where attendance and dependability are essential to meeting our daily production goals.

Peak Season Hours: 36 to 48 hours per week, particularly during peak volume from Black Friday through the week before Christmas. Overtime pay applies where eligible.

Shifts Available:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Paid Mandatory Training: Up to 4 hours per day on the Day Shift for the first two weeks of employment (regardless of final shift assignment).

What you'll do:

• Perform assembly, packing, labeling, and sorting of products on the production line.
• Inspect finished goods to ensure high quality and standard compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet hourly production quotas.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company operational policies.

Education: No formal education required.
