Spherion Williamsport is working to fill a 1st Shift, Production Worker position in Williamsport, PA. The pay rate is $14.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

What you'll do:

• Prepare and process library books according to specific customer requirements (stamping, applying jackets, attaching barcodes, labels, and spine tags).
• Unbox, inspect, and verify book orders against packing slips to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Perform quality assurance checks to confirm all processing elements meet strict customer guidelines.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Meet daily production, accuracy, and efficiency goals.

Education: High School

• High school Diploma or GED

Physical:

• Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Standing / Walking
• Repetitive Motion
• Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
• Pushing / Pulling
• Manual Dexterity

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to follow precise written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and reaching throughout your shift, with light-to-moderate lifting (up to 25–30 lbs).
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
