Spherion Williamsport is working to fill a 1st Shift, HR Administrative Assistant position in Mill Hall, PA. The pay rate is $23.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary.

We are seeking an organized, dependable HR Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mill Hall, PA. In this role, you will provide vital day-to-day administrative support to our Human Resources department, assisting with onboarding, employee records, recruiting, and general office coordination. What you'll do:

• Help new workers fill out hiring forms and welcome them on their first day.
• File employee records neatly and keep private worker information safe.
• Set up interview times for job seekers and post open jobs online.
• Answer basic questions from workers about company rules, time cards, and benefits.
• Update computer files and keep track of daily attendance.
• Answer phone calls, check office mail, and reply to HR emails.
• Plan fun company events and safety meetings for the team.
