Seeking an IT Technician to assist with computer setup, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and workstation support. This is a 1st shift position, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, paying $25.00/hour

Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

What you'll do:

• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Document deployments, inventory updates, and troubleshooting resolutions.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when interacting with employees.

Education: High School

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• IT-related education or certifications are a plus.

Experience: 12 months

Experience with computer setup, deployment, or technical support preferred., Experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues., Experience with Windows-based computers is preferred.

Physical:

• Ability to handle and move laptops, desktop computers, and related equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift equipment as required.
• Must be able to safely perform the physical tasks associated with workstation and equipment deployment.
