Spherion Williamsport is working to fill a 2nd Shift, Hand Packer position in Montoursville, PA. The pay rate is $13.70 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

What you'll do:
- Inspect products for quality.
- Pack items securely into boxes.
- Label packages and prep pallets.
- Keep your work area clean and safe.
Education: No formal education required.
Physical:
- Standing / Walking
- Repetitive Motion
- Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
- Pushing / Pulling
- Hot Environments
- PPE Required (Noise / Chemical / Dust)
Skills:
- Dependable and hardworking attitude.
- Ability to stand during your shift.
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs occasionally.
