Spherion Williamsport is working to fill a 7am-3pm, Packer position in Montoursville, PA. The pay rate is $13.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Description:

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Packers. No prior warehouse or packing experience is required—we provide full, paid training on day one! This role is perfect if you are looking for consistent weekday hours with evenings and weekends off, and convenient access to public transportation.

What you'll do:

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Pack items accurately and efficiently into designated boxes or packaging.
• Apply and verify correct UPC labels on all packages prior to shipping.
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and stocked with packing materials.
• Work productively with team members to hit daily packaging targets.

Education: No formal education required.

• PPE Required (Noise / Chemical / Dust)

Skills:

• No experience necessary—a strong work ethic and attention to detail are key.
• Basic reading and matching skills to ensure correct UPC labeling.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to [e.g., 25–35] lbs as needed.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
