Production Associate

Spherion Williamsport is working to fill a 7am to 3:30pm, Production Associate position in Mackeyville, PA. The pay rate is $14.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary.

Description:

In this role, you'll work with small parts to prepare them for production. This position is long term temp to hire so you'll have a great opportunity for a career and advancement!

What you'll do:

• Apply silvering to parts with a paint brush to ceramic parts
• Ensure quality checks are completed
• Set up printing screens, fixtures, and squeegees according to daily production orders and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Load silvered ceramic parts onto trays and feed them into drying ovens or high-temperature belt furnaces for the electrode firing process.
• Carefully handle fragile ceramic parts to avoid scrap.
• Maintain accurate daily production records, tracking part counts, batch numbers, and completed process steps.

Education: No formal education required.
