Spherion Williamsport is working to fill a 7:30AM-4PM, Warehouse Picker position in Williamsport, PA. The pay rate is $16.50 HOURLY.
- Weekly pay + benefits
- Overtime when required is from either 5:30AM to 7:30AM or from 4:00PM to 6:00PM. Your pay rate will be $16.50 per hour

Description:
As a Warehouse Order Picker, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, as you will be reading printed orders with part numbers and descriptions and then pulling/picking and packaging the required parts for shipment. In addition to picking and packing orders, you might also be asked to receive incoming materials, move them within the warehouse, and stock them as needed.
Previous sit-down forklift operating experience is a huge plus! This Warehouse Order Picker role is great opportunity and investment for your skill set and career experience.
What you'll do:
- Read printed orders with part numbers and descriptions and to pick and package the required parts for shipment
- Pick and pack items as needed
- Receive incoming materials, move them within the warehouse, and stock as needed
Education: No formal education required.
Experience:
Previous forklift experience a plus but not required!Physical:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and be on your feet for long periods of time
Skills:
- Be punctual, dependable, thorough, and able to work both independently and with others
- Ability to work both alone and as part of team
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Strong attention to detail (since many part numbers and descriptions are very close/similar)
- Good math skills and communication skills are important
