Spherion Williamsport is working to fill a 8am-4:30pm, Customer Service Representative position in Williamsport, PA. The pay rate is $15.50 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Description:

As a CSR, you are the bridge between our customers and our production team. Your mission is simple: ensure every customer gets the right product at the right time. You will own the order lifecycle, from initial processing to final delivery.

What you'll do:

• Monitor all jobs through the production schedule. Follow up at each step as needed to ensure the customer gets the product in a time they expect.
• Gather information to provide estimating so a quote can be created
• Send quotes from estimating to client
• Obtain PO or approval from the customer and process the order in the system ensuring all details are correct
• Contact customers to answer questions or follow up on orders
• Create a file folder for each job, retrieve folders for re-print orders
• Take job folders to departments as needed
• Check system to ensure details are completed and final price is on packing list once shipped.

Education: High School

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

General knowledge of computer systems, keyboarding, and basic computer skills, Prior experience in customer service preferred, Proficient with Microsoft programs- Excel and Outlook
