Spherion Williamsport is working to fill a Flexible- 18 to 40 hours weekly, Warehouse Packer position in Mansfield, PA. The pay rate is $11.05 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.
Description:
Do you have a sharp eye for detail and love a workspace that stays organized? Spherion Williamsport is looking for a Warehouse Packer to join our team! You are the final "quality check" before our products head out to customers nationwide.
What you'll do:
- Remove old labels and apply fresh ones with perfect precision.
- Securely box items to ensure they arrive in mint condition.
- Scan products for any dings or dents before they get tucked away.
- Efficiently prep shipments and stack pallets to keep the dock flowing.
- Maintain a tidy station so you can work fast and stay safe.
Education: No formal education required.

- Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Standing / Walking

- Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
- Pushing / Pulling
Skills:
- Reliability: You show up ready to crush your goals every day.
- Hand-Eye Coordination: You’re quick and accurate with stickers and tape.
- Stamina: You’re comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 35 lb
