Spherion Williamsport is working to fill a Rotating Days or Nights Production Assistant position in Jersey Shore, PA. The pay rate is $17.56 to $18.56 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

As our Production Support Specialist, you are the "engine room" of our manufacturing process. You’re the one who ensures the flow never stops, the quality never drops, and the vibes stay high.

What you'll do:

• Production Support
• Move materials with carts/trays
• Quality check product before moving to the next step of operation.
• Collect product samples and transport them promptly to the quality check room for inspection.
• Assist the Operator in the inspection of molded/trimmed
• Assist in maintaining all required documentation and paperwork to ensure product traceability.
• Promote and support a Lean environment.
• Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual, and predictable attendance.

Education: High School

• High School Diploma or GED Required

Experience:

Basic reading, writing, and math skills required., Ability to communicate orally and written., Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Physical:

• Must regularly lift or carry boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Required to walk/stand 100% of the time during the shift.
• Required to frequently bend, kneel, and climb throughout the shift.
• Constant pushing and pulling of materials throughout the shift.
• May be exposed to environmental heat and dust and noise.
