Spherion Williamsport is hiring for a 1st shift Manufacturing Associate position in Hughesville, PA. The pay rate is $17.00 HOUR. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for supporting daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that products are assembled, packaged, and processed according to company standards.

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will operate machinery, handle materials, and follow strict safety and quality protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine manufacturing tasks including assembly, packaging, and labeling
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor product quality and report defects to supervisors
• Maintain accurate production records and complete documentation as required
• Assist with inventory handling, stocking, and material movement
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Education: High School

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 6 months

Manufacturing experience 

Skills:

• Ability to measure to 16th of an inch

Related Experience: Warehouse Associate, Logistics Assistant, Forklift Operator (if certified), Shipping and Receiving Clerk, Inventory Associate, Warehouse Material Handler, Distribution Center Associate, Stockroom Associate, Order Picker/Packer, General Laborer (Warehouse)
