Spherion Williamsport is hiring Hand Packers in Montoursville, PA! This position is $12/HR-$12.70/HR with 1st and 2nd Shift available. We're hiring entry-level Hand Packers - no experience necessary! This role is Temp-to-Perm, get hired on permanently!

Description:
We are looking for an Entry-Level Hand Packers to join our client's production team. No prior experience is required, you will be trained to operate basic production tasks and follow the company's quality standards. This is a great role for someone who enjoys hands-on work!
What you'll do:
- Visually check paper products for tears, spots, or damage before they are packed.
- Apply accurate shipping and product labels to finished packages and pallets.
- Neatly stack finished paper goods onto pallets according to specific stacking patterns.
- Keep the packaging station clean and free of paper scraps or debris to ensure a safe work environment.
- Assist senior operators as needed.
