Packaging Operator

Spherion Williamsport is working to fill a 1st Shift, Packaging Operator position in Montoursville, PA. The pay rate is $12.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Description:

We are looking for an Entry-Level Packaging Operator to join our client's production team. No prior experience is required, you will be trained to operate basic production tasks and follow the company's quality standards. This is a great role for someone who enjoys hands-on work.

What you'll do:

• .Quality Inspection: Visually check paper products for tears, spots, or damage before they are packed.
• Labeling: Apply accurate shipping and product labels to finished packages and pallets.
• Palletizing: Neatly stack finished paper goods onto pallets according to specific stacking patterns.
• Area Upkeep: Keep the packaging station clean and free of paper scraps or debris to ensure a safe work environment.
• Team Support: Assist senior operators as needed.
