Industrial Production & Operations Specialist

Description:

Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all company safety guidelines, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.

Process Execution: Accurately follow detailed work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and production schedules to ensure quality and efficiency.

Physical Operations: Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting, moving, and stacking materials (up to 50lbs), and operating basic machinery or equipment.

Material Handling: Assist with loading, unloading, sorting, and packaging raw materials, components, and finished goods, verifying counts and inspecting for quality defects.

Teamwork & Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding operational status, safety concerns, and quality control issues.

Education: High School
