Spherion is looking to fill a 3rd Shift Production Worker position in Montgomery, PA. The pay rate is $18 HOURLY.

Description:

We are seeking reliable third-shift Production Workers to operate a capper vacuum system and assist with dynamic tote-filling tasks in our food manufacturing facility. While this temporary role focuses on using a vacuum to clear broken crackers from the line, it is a proven stepping stone with a history of leading to permanent, full-time opportunities. No prior experience is required—just a strong willingness to learn, good attendance, and a great work ethic!

What you'll do:

  • Use a special vacuum to quickly suck up broken crackers so the line keeps running smoothly.
  • Help out with "tote filling," which means filling and moving large containers of product.
  • Keep a close eye on the equipment and let a supervisor know if anything stops working right.
  • Keep your work area very clean and follow all rules for handling food safely.
  • Help out your coworkers with different tasks around the factory floor when needed.
  • Be reliable and ready to work your scheduled second-shift hours every day.
