Welder Fabricator

We are looking for a hard-working welder fabricator to join a growing manufacturing team in a DIRECT HIRE position. As a welder fabricator, you will play an important role in welding fabrication, assembly, and production work that keeps our shop running strong.

In this job, you will use your skills as a welder and fabricator to help create parts, tools, and finished products. You will work with steel, aluminum, and other metals to complete assembly and repair tasks. Our shop is a busy manufacturing environment, and every welder fabricator is a key part of our success.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding fabrication tasks using MIG, TIG, or stick welding methods
• Read and follow blueprints and drawings for assembly and manufacturing projects
• Use hand tools, grinders, and cutting equipment as part of the fabricator role
• Inspect finished welds and parts to make sure they meet manufacturing standards

Education: High School

• Welding certificate preferred

Experience: 6 months

Skills:

• Experience as a welder or fabricator in manufacturing or related work
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, shop drawings, and measurements
• Strong attention to detail in welding fabrication and assembly work
• Comfortable using power tools and welding equipment
