We’re looking for a detail-oriented Deburr Operator to join our production team and help ensure our parts meet the highest standards of excellence.

Job Description:

The Deburr Operator is responsible for finishing, cleaning, and preparing precision components by removing sharp edges, burrs, and imperfections. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, patience, and the ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and inspection equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Use tools such as files, grinders, sanders, and polishing equipment to remove burrs and smooth edges.
  • Follow work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards. 
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Education: No formal education required.

Skills:

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
