We are seeking a reliable and motivated Lumber Handler to join our 3rd shift production team in Saint Marys, PA at $18 an hour! This entry-level role involves hands-on work in an industrial manufacturing environment, supporting lumber processing, material handling, and production operations. Previous manufacturing or production line experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

What you'll do:
- Load, unload, sort, and stack lumber for pallet production.
- Assist in building, repairing, and assembling wooden pallets according to production requirements.
- Operate forklifts to move bundles of lumber, finished pallets, and materials throughout the yard and facility.
- Inspect lumber for quality, remove defective boards, and prepare usable material for assembly.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all lumber-yard and equipment safety standards.
- Work closely with production leads and forklift operators to support daily workflow and meet production goals.
Education: No formal education required.
