We’re hiring Entry-Level Machine Operators to join our production and manufacturing team in Ridgway, PA! No experience needed—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Work in a warehouse setting, run production equipment, and get forklift training opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Work as a machine operator on the production line in a factory setting
• Assemble and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate forklifts to move materials within the warehouse (training provided)
• Keep the warehouse and factory areas clean, organized, and safe

Education: No formal education required.

Skills:

• Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail for quality checks and defect identification
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment
• Teamwork and communication skills for coordinating with other operators and supervisors
