Spherion State College is working to fill a 1st Shift, Assistant Project Manager position in Mifflintown, PA. The pay rate is $23.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.
Description:
An Assistant Project Manager (APM) supports project managers by coordinating daily activities, tracking budgets and schedules, and managing communication across teams to ensure projects finish on time and within scope. An APM serves as the operational backbone for a project.
What you'll do:
- Maintain project timelines, coordinate material deliveries, and track trade partner progress.
- Assist with budgeting, review subcontractor invoices, and monitor job costs.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Act as a primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and field teams
Education: High School
- A bachelor's degree is commonly preferred but not required.
Experience: 36 months
