Spherion State College is working to fill a 1st Shift, Data Entry Associate position in State College, PA. The pay rate is $16.50 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Description:

Data Entry Administrator handles order processing and sales support within their Sales Department. The role requires strong communication, data entry, and multitasking skills.

What you'll do:

• Accurately entering and managing customer orders.
• Interacting directly with production and accounting staff.
• Handling phone and email correspondence with customers and outside sales representatives.
• Knowledgeable about electronic components; high degree of motivation; ability to perform effectively in a high-stress multi-task environment;
• Computer experience; legible printing or handwriting; attention to detail; and ability to set priorities and manage workload accordingly.
• Position involves email and telephone interaction with customers, Outside Sales Representatives, production staff, and accounting.

Education: High School

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 24 months
