Parts Warehouse Worker / Equipment Operator

Spherion State College is working to fill a 2nd Shift, Parts Warehouse Worker / Equipment Operator position in Bellefonte, PA. The pay rate is $19.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Spherion is seeking a motivated Parts Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will handle inventory, operate machinery, and support shop and customer orders. This role requires mechanical aptitude, strong communication, and a commitment to safety. You will work independently in a fast-paced environment while upholding our company values.

What you'll do:

• Maintain a clean safe work environment
• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift
• Load and unload parts truck and freight deliveries
• Efficiently and accurately pick, put away and deliver parts orders to designated shop and will call areas
• Ability to understand the basic principles of inventory control
• The ability to perform tasks with little or no supervision
• Candidate must have effective written and verbal communication skills
• Resolve problems and make sound decisions
• Responsible to maintain professional behavior consistent with the Mission, Vision and values of client.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs

Education: High School

• High School Diploma or GED required

Experience: 6 months

• Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs)

Skills:

• Basic skills in shipping, receiving, freight in bound and out bound.
• Strong interpersonal skills to assist internal shop teams and external customers.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks at once.
