Spherion State College is working to fill a 2nd Shift, Parts Warehouse Specialist position in Bellefonte, PA. The pay rate is $19.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Description:

Spherion is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team. You will handle inventory, operate machinery, and support shop and customer orders. This role requires mechanical aptitude, strong communication, and a commitment to safety. You will work independently in a fast-paced environment while upholding our company values. What you'll do:

• Maintain a clean safe work environment
• Load and unload parts truck and freight deliveries
• Efficiently and accurately pick/put away parts
• Basic skills in shipping, receiving, freight in bound and out bound
• Ability to understand the basic principles of inventory control
• The ability to perform tasks with little or no supervision
• Organized and detail oriented with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks
• Work independently & efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Education: High School

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service support experience in a mechanical / parts environment preferred.

Experience: 12 months

Prior warehouse or forklift experience is a plus willing to train the right candidate
