Warehouse Worker

Spherion State College is working to fill 1st & 3rd shift, Warehouse Worker position in Reedsville, PA. The pay rate is $18.00 & $20.70 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Description:

As a Warehouse Operator, you will execute everyday warehouse processes involving moving materials (small parts, large plastic components, and/or pallets) in an orderly, fully traceable way. You will work closely with a team to ensure items are documented accurately with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and patient safety. Your ultimate goal is to keep the production floor stocked and customer orders completed safely and efficiently.

This role plays a critical part in the medical device production supply chain, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance while keeping the manufacturing floor fully stocked.

What you'll do:

• Receive, unpack, check, and safely stock inbound materials.
• Deliver necessary goods and materials directly to the production floor.
• Review, pick, wrap, pack, and label customer orders accurately against pick tickets.
• Sort, organize, and mark items with identifying tracking codes into the Warehouse Management System (SAP) to maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
• Safely operate material-handling equipment.
• Adhere strictly to cleanroom, safety, and health guidelines to protect product integrity and clinical patient safety.

Education: High School Diploma or GED
