Spherion State College is working to fill a 1st Shift, Lead Processor for a Direct Hire position in State College, PA. The pay rate is $21.00 HOURLY.

Description:

The duties of this person will be to represent the “FIRM” in its entirety by personally assisting upper management with specific duties, processing, transactions, and audits according to the stringent industry laws and regulations.

Education: High School

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred

Experience: 24 months

2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant, data processing, or staff support role, preferably in a lead or supervisory capacity.

• Repetitive Motion
• Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
• Pushing / Pulling

Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience navigating enterprise databases or specialized processing software.
