Spherion State College is working to fill a 1st Shift 6:00a-6:00p, Production Operator position in Howard, PA. The pay rate is $20.31 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.
Description:
We are looking for production operators for a company in Howard PA. The candidate will use and monitor multiple machines and work towards meeting product goals.
What you'll do:
- Responsible for daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product adheres to standard of safety, quality, and throughput.
- Accurately completes applicable quality and production reports hourly.
- Physical and visual inspection of products is required to prevent non-conforming goods.
- Correctly report all quality defects to the appropriate team members and shift leadership.
- Adheres to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
