Spherion Staffing is working with a client in their search to fill 1st Shift, Electronic Assembler positions in State College, PA. The pay rate is $25.00 to $30.00 HOURLY.
Description:
This person will contribute to the company’s success by performing a wide variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical/electrical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products. Soldering experience is necessary!
What you'll do:
- Performs a variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical/electrical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products
- Able to follow verbal and written instruction maintaining a focus on quality
- Follows an engineering assembly process, but may require the ability to adjust, fit, or align parts
- Uses hand tools such as long nose pliers, screw drivers, soldering irons, and wrenches
- Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels • Uses Microsoft Office programs
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 48 months
Minimum of 4 years experience in electronic assembly, Soldering experience is requiredSkills:
