Spherion is working with a client in their search to fill a 1st Shift, Assembler position in Philipsburg, PA. The pay rate is $15.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.
Job Description:
As an assembler you will work diligently to make sure all products are made correctly. You will work closely with other assemblers and production team members. While working as an assembler you will be a vital part to production. Assemblers will work to maintain high quality and production levels.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components with care and precision, using diagrams, written instructions, hand tools, and pneumatic/electronic equipment.
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe working environment by following prescribed safety and housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with your team and supervisor to meet production schedules and continuously improve processes.
- Take pride in your craftsmanship, knowing that every product you help build supports vital medical outcomes.
Education: High School
Experience: 6 months
Related Experience: Assembly Line Machine Operator, Assembly Line Worker, Assembly Technician
