Spherion Staffing is working with a client in their search to fill Night Shift, Production Operator positions in Howard, PA. The pay rate is $20.82 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity!
Description:
We are looking for production operators for a company in Howard, PA. The candidate will use and monitor multiple machines and work towards meeting product goals!
What you'll do:
- Responsible for daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product adheres to standard of safety, quality, and throughput.
- Accurately completes applicable quality and production reports hourly.
- Physical and visual inspection of products is required to prevent non-conforming goods.
- Correctly report all quality defects to the appropriate team members and shift leadership.
- Adheres to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 12 months
Minimum of one year of manufacturing experienceSkills:
