We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Bilingual Account Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting and maintain direct relationships with our key client accounts across Lebanon County. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between our hiring strategy, active candidates, and client leadership. Pay $37,000+ based on experience.

Description:

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier talent while making regular local client site visits to assess staffing needs, observe operations, and build strong relationships with hiring managers and the employees we have working.

What you'll do:

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, test, and onboard qualified candidates for dedicated client accounts.
• Bilingual Communication: Conduct interviews, translate onboarding materials, and facilitate seamless bilingual candidate/employee communications in both English and Spanish.
• Account Support & Site Visits: Serve as the primary point of contact for client managers; travel locally to client facilities to conduct site walk-throughs, check-ins, and performance evaluations.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Build strong talent pipelines to meet immediate and future high-volume or specialized client needs.
• Onboarding & Compliance: Ensure all candidate paperwork, background checks, drug screenings, and client-specific onboarding requirements are completed accurately.
• Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics, open requisitions, and placement retention rates using our Applicant Tracking System.

Education: High School

• Associates or higher preferred

Experience: 12 months

Recruiting Experience: 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting or staffing agency experience preferred., Bilingual Fluency: Native or near-native professional fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is strictly required.

• Adaptability: Ability to manage competing priorities, tight hiring deadlines, and field-based client visits.
• Computer Guru: Ability to work in multiple systems and tools to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems - ATS - and job boards.
