Spherion Lebanon is working to fill a 1st Shift, Order Picker position in Jonestown, PA. The pay rate is $16.25 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Monday - Friday

Temp - Hire

1st, 2nd, 3rd shift

What you'll do:

• Picking ​- Pull and select items from storage shelves using pick tickets, barcodes, or RF​ scan gun
• Repack ​- Focus on accuracy, quality control, safe handling, and efficient inventory output
• Shipping​ - Process and pack outbound customer orders securely according to company and carrier standards
• Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF barcode scanners.
• Pallet Build​ing
• Load​ incoming and outgoing freight shipments up to 50+ lbs safely and efficiently.
• Receiving​ - Move incoming boxes and freight safely from delivery trucks using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or a forklift.
• Inspect Items: Check incoming packages for damage, defects, or missing parts.
• Verify Invoices: Match shipment contents with packing slips, purchase orders, and vendor invoices to confirm accuracy.
• Update Inventory: Enter received goods into warehouse management software or digital logs.
