Janitorial Associate

We are seeking a janitorial candidate to support cleaning operations in Myerstown, PA! This role will work on 2nd shift and starts at $20.00/hour!

In this role, you will work all over the facility to clean areas including restrooms, common areas and manufacturing arears.

Description:

• Follow all safety rules, wear PPE, and perform cleaning, like sweeping, mopping, scrubbing floors, and cleaning machines.
• Drive a forklift and move raw materials, bins, and finished products around the building or prepare them for shipping.
• Take out trash, manage recycling programs, and safely dispose of hazardous materials like cleaning chemicals and inks.
• Perform basic upkeep on department machinery and report any bigger repair needs to your supervisor.
• Keep track of cleaning supplies and order new inventory when stock runs low.
• Help out on the production line with hand-packing or sorting, if needed.
