Spherion Lebanon is working to fill a 1st Shift, Production Operator position in Lititz, PA. The pay rate is $19.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.
Description:
Work in a fast paced manufacturing environment assisting with the powder coating process to meet the expectations of quality in coating of the customers.
What you'll do:
- load parts onto the coating line
- unload parts from the coating line
- move material around the facility
- load or unload trucks
- package parts
- maintain a safe and clean work environment
Education: No formal education required.
Physical:
- lift up to 50lbs unassisted
- manual dexterity
- Standing / Walking
- Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
- Pushing / Pulling
- PPE Required (Noise / Chemical / Dust)
Skills:
- attention to detail
- ability to stand for long periods of time
